You are already booking crew by text and email, then checking a sheet to see who said yes. oneAD keeps that answer on the project: who you invited, and who accepted.
How film crew booking works
- Create a project.
- Add departments, then the roles in each department.
- Add the shoot days.
- Invite film crew by email.
- They accept or decline from the link, no account needed. The link expires in 14 days.
Each department lists its roles, who is booked, and which invitations are still out.
Book crew by the day or for the whole production
When you invite someone, choose the shoot days they are booked. Leave the days unchecked and they are booked for the whole production. After they are booked, you can change those days.
A relay is one email to the crew who have accepted. Send it to everyone, one department, or one shoot day. Pending invitations are not included. Only the project owner can send relays.
A private crew book
When someone accepts, they are saved to your private crew book. You can rate them from 1 to 5 and keep notes. Ratings and notes stay private to you.
The next time you invite for a role, people you have already hired for that role are listed first, highest rating first. You can still type a new email.
